Pengaruh Bio Urin Sapi Dan Pupuk Npk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Mentimun (Cucumis Sativus L.)
Cucumber is one of the fruit-producing horticultural plants that is quite favored by the community, because it has many benefits and is processed into food ingredients. Cucumber is consumed in fresh form as a vegetable, dessert or thirst quencher, cosmetic ingredient and maintains body health or treatment of several types of diseases. The research was conducted in the form of a factorial experiment of 3 x 4 complete randomized design with 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of cow bio urine, namely: 200 ml.l-1 water, 400 ml.l-1 water and 600 ml.l-1 water, The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer, namely: 0 kg.ha-1, 100 kg.ha-1, 200 kg.ha-1 and 300 kg.ha-1. The observed parameters consisted of: number of leaves, number of branches, age of female flowering, number of female flowers, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per m2, fruit length and fruit diameter. Observational data were analyzed for variability and further tested with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of cow bio urine 400 ml.l-1 water and 200 kg.ha-1 NPK fertilizer is the best treatment in increasing the growth and yield of cucumber plants. Giving cow bio urine and NPK fertilizer to cucumber plants significantly increased the number of branches, number of female flowers, harvest age and number of fruits per plant, giving cow bio urine to cucumber plants significantly increased the number of branches, number of female flowers, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per m2 and fruit length and giving NPK fertilizer to cucumber plants significantly increased the number of branches, number of female flowers, harvest age, fruit weight per m2 and fruit length.
