Pengaruh Pemberian Urin Sapi Terfermentasi Dan Nutrisi Ab Mix Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Juncea L.) Secara Hidroponik
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fermented cow urine application on the growth and yield of mustard greens, to compare the nutrient content of cow urine and AB mix on the growth and yield of mustard greens, and to obtain the best concentration of fermented cow urine for the growth and yield of mustard greens in a hydroponic system. The research was conducted at the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. This study was carried out for three months from October 2023 to December 2023. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments consisted of 6 levels: U0: AB Mix 1000 ppm, U1: cow urine 1000 ppm, U2: cow urine 1300 ppm, U3: cow urine 1600 ppm, U4: cow urine 1900 ppm, U5: cow urine 2200 ppm. Observations included plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, and weight of mustard greens suitable for consumption, total fresh weight of mustard greens, fresh weight of shoots, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of shoots, and dry weight of mustard roots. The results showed that cow urine nutrition with a concentration of 1600 ppm (U3) in mustard greens is the best concentration of cow urine nutrition in increasing the growth and yield of mustard greens by 69.09 g per plant, but it is not significantly different from AB mix 1000 ppm.
