Analisis Konflik Perkebunan (Studi Kasus Konflik Masyarakat Desa Pantai Raja Dengan Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar)

The plantation land conflict that occurred between the people of Pantai Raja Village and PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V was caused by both parties claiming 1013 hectares of land as their own. This research aims to determine the public's perception of the factors that cause conflict, analyze the stages and maps of conflict, analyze the role of opinion leaders in conflict resolution, determine the public's perception of the intensity of emerging conflicts, and analyze the relationship between factors that cause conflict and the intensity of emerging conflicts. The sampling method in this research used snowball sampling consisting of 4 key informants and 8 informants. This research used mixed method analysis (qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the main factors causing conflict were aspects of power, aspects of differences in thought, and personal aspects of people. The conflict between the people of Pantai Raja Village and PT Perkebunan Nusantara V has not yet reached the post-conflict stage and a resolution to the conflict has not been found. Opinion Leaders play a role in resolving conflicts. Three variables that have significant value are aspects of different goals, aspects of undeserved rewards, and personal aspects of people.
