Identifikasi Morfologi Jamur Penyebab Gugur Daun Pestalotiopsis Karet Dan Uji Daya Hambat Konsorsium Trichoderma Spp. Terhadap Jamur Tersebut Secara In Vitro
The control of leaf fall disease that many farmers generally use is synthetic fungicides, however the use of synthetic fungicides is not environmentally friendly. Environmentally friendly control of leaf fall disease is by using the biological agent Trichoderma spp. The aim of this research was to determine the type of fungus that causes the leaf fall disease Pestalotiopsis rubber based on the morphology of the fungus, determine the influence of the Trichoderma spp consortium and get a consortium of Trichoderma spp. which is more capable of inhibiting the growth of the fungus that causes the rubber leaf drop disease Pestalotiopsis in vitro. This research was carried out at the Plant Pest and Disease Laboratory and at the Plant Ecophysiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Binawidya Campus km 12.5 Simpang Baru Village, Binawidya District, Pekanbaru and lasted for four months starting from October 2023 to January 2024. Research carried out observationally and experimentally, experimental research was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 24 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment tested was a consortium of Trichoderma spp. (K) which consists of Trichoderma pseudokoningii (TP), Trichoderma koningii (TK), Trichoderma harzianum (TH), Trichoderma viride (TV), and Trichoderma sp. (TS.). The data obtained were analyzed statistically with analysis of variance using the SPSS program. The data from the analysis of variance was continued with the Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results of the research show that the cause of rubber leaf fall disease in Rimbo Panjang Village km 22, Tambang District, Kampar is Pestalotiopsis sp, use of a consortium of Trichoderma spp. has an effect and is able to inhibit the growth of Pestalotiopsis sp, The T. pseudokoningii + T. koningii consortium and the T. koningii + T. harzianum consortium were better able to inhibit the growth of the fungus Pestalotiopsis sp. causes leaf fall disease in rubber plants in vitro with an inhibitory percentage of 35.00% and 34.00%.
