Pengaruh Pemberian Kompos Limbah Sayuran Dan Npk Majemuk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Padi Gogo (Oryza Sativa L.)
Upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the main food crop as a source of energy that is generally consumed by the people of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the interaction between the treatment of vegetablewaste compost and compound NPK fertilizer, as well as the single factors of vegetable waste compost and compound NPKfertilizer treatmenton thegrowth and yield of upland riceplants. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Bina Widya campus km 12.5, Pekanbaru. This study used a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors, the first factor is vegetable waste compost consisting of four levels, namely: K1 : 50 g per 10 kg of soil weight, K2: 75 g per 10 kg of soil weight, K3:100 g per 10 kg of soilweight, K4: 125 g per 10 kg of soil weight; thesecond factor is compound NPK fertilizer consisting of four levels, P1: 0.25 g per 10 kg of soil weight, P2: 0.37 g per 10 kg of soil weight, P3: 0.50 g per 10 kg of soil weight, P4: 0.62 g per 10 kg of soil weight per plant.. The results showed that the interaction of vegetable waste compost and compound NPK fertilizer was able to increase the yield of rice plants in the number of filled grains per panicle and the weight of dry milled grain per clump. Giving vegetable waste compost is able to increase the yield of rice plants on the number of pithy grains per panicle and the weight of dry milled grain per clump. Compound NPK fertilizer can increase the growth and yield of rice plants in plant height, maximum number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of full grain per panicle, and weight of dry milled grain. The right dose to improve the growth and production of upland rice varieties Inpago 12 can be given vegetable waste compost 125 g per 10 kg of soil weight with compound NPK fertilizer 0.62 g per 10 kg of soil weight per plant.
