Gejala Kecemasan, Depresi, Dan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Transplantasi Ginjal Yang Melakukan Kontrol Pengobatan Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
End-stage renal disease patients need kidney transplantation as a replacement therapy, but this procedure is less common compared to hemodialysis and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) due to limited information about post-transplant anxiety, depression, and quality of life. Previous studies have shown that anxiety, depression symptoms, and quality of life improve after kidney transplantation. This study aims to evaluate anxiety, depression symptoms, and quality of life in kidney transplant patients undergoing follow-up at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, involving 10 patients. The instruments used were the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and the WHO Quality of Life (WHOQOL) – BREF. Results showed that none of the patients experienced anxiety or depression symptoms, and all had a very good quality of life according to the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire.
