PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN EIGER DI PEKANBARU
This research aims to find out whether product quality influences customer
satisfaction among Eiger customers in Pekanbaru. To find out whether service
quality influences customer satisfaction among Eiger customers in Pekanbaru. To
find out whether product quality influences customer loyalty among Eiger customers
in Pekanbaru, To find out whether service quality influences customer loyalty among
Eiger customers in Pekanbaru, To find out whether customer satisfaction influences
customer loyalty among Eiger customers in Pekanbaru, To find out whether quality
product on customer loyalty for Eiger customers in Pekanbaru. To find out whether
service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction for Eiger
customers in Pekanbaru. Testing the validity, reliability and hypothesis of the
research questionnaire results uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least
Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis method, which is operated through the SMART/PLS
program. The results of the research are that product quality and service quality have
a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product Quality and Service Quality
have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality and Customer
Satisfaction have a significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality and
Service Quality influence Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.
