Status Keberlanjutan Perikanan Tangkap Bubu Lipat Di Kelurahan Patam Lestari Kecamatan Sekupang Kota Batam Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
Sustainability of capture fisheries is a condition where fish resources and ecosystems can be utilized sustainably to meet current and future human needs. This research was analyzed using 5 aspect, that is ecological, economic, technological, social, and institutional using the RAPFISH method with the aim of getting a comprehensive picture of the status of sustainability and knowing what can be done to maintain the sustainability of fordable trap capture fisheries in Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam City, Riau Islands Province. The results showed that the sustainability of fordable trap fisheries in Patam Lestari Village was obtained in each aspects, that is ecology 26.86% (less sustainable), economy 54.35% (quite sustainable), technology 64.95% (quite sustainable), social 69.57% (quite sustainable), institutional 53.22% (quite sustainable) and the overall aspect has an index value of 56.25% which is included in the category quite sustainable. The data obtained can be a reference for the development of capture fisheries policies in Patam Lestari Village, especially those related to the use of fordable trap as the main fishing gear.
