Uji Validitas Dan Reliabilitas Kuesioner Injury Psychologycal Readiness To Return To Sport Versi Bahasa Indonesia Pada Pasien Dengan Cedera Ligamen Lutut Krusiatum Anterior

The Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) is a ligament in the knee joint that acts as a stabilizer. In addition to physical disorders, ACL injuries also have an impact on psychological stress due to restrictions on activities or sports which are functional disorders, and fear of repeated ACL injuries. To evaluate psychological factors related to injury, several questionnaires have been developed, including the Injury-Psychological Readiness to Return to Sport (I-PRRS) which is used to assess psychological readiness to return to sports after injury. The purpose of this study was to assess the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the I-PRRS questionnaire in Indonesian-speaking patients with ACL injuries. This study is a quantitative observational analytical study with a cohort study method conducted at the Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Hospital from June to August 2024. Patient data were taken from medical records, the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the I-PRRS were measured subjectively through google forms and guided interviews. By following the COSMIN reporting guidelines, construct validity was determined using hypothesis testing, test-retest reliability, and internal consistency. Based on the results of the study on 57 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study, the construct validity test was considered good, with 80% of the predetermined hypotheses regarding the correlation between the I-PRRS and other related questionnaires having been confirmed. The test-retest reliability was proven to be good, with an ICC of 0.818 and Cronbach Alpha of 0.818 indicating good internal consistency of the I-PRRS questionnaire.
