Hubungan Preeklampsia Dengan Kejadian Solusio Plasenta Dan Intrauterine Fetal Death di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2019-2022
Preeclampsia is a condition of hypertension during pregnancy accompanied by proteinuria or organ dysfunction and is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality. In the state of preeclampsia, uteroplacental ischemia occurs, which can lead to serious complications such as placental abruption and intrauterine fetal death. (IUFD). Clinically, it is important to understand the complications of preeclampsia on placental abruption and IUFD based on their severity. This study aims to analyze the relationship of preeclampsia by comparing preeclampsia with severe feature and without severe feature in relation to the occurrence of placental abruption and IUFD. The research study method uses a retrospective cross-sectional study conducted at RSUD Arifin Achmad on mothers with preeclampsia during the period 2019-2022 who met the inclusion criteria. Relationship analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. Total there are 356 (19%) cases of preeclampsia out of 1861 pregnant women. The prevalence of preeclampsia with severe feature is 303 (85.1%) and without severe feature is 53 (14.9%). The prevalence of placental abruption in preeclampsia is 17 (4.7%) with 88.2% (15) in preeclampsia with severe feature. The prevalence of IUFD in preeclampsia is 46 (12.9%) with 93.4% (43) in preeclampsia with severe feature. The analysis of the relationship statistically found no significant relationship with placental abruption (p = 1.000) and IUFD (p = 0.137), but most complications occurred in preeclampsia with severe feature. Placental abruption and IUFD can occur in both preeclampsia with or without severe feature. Prevention and screening of preeclampsia in mothers are important to avoid uteroplacental complications that can harm both the mother and the fetus.
