Efektivitas Bursa Kerja (Job Fair) Dalam Memfasilitasi Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja Di Provinsi Riau
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of job fairs in facilitating workforce needs in Riau Province, along with their benefits. It utilizes Duncan's effectiveness criteria, categorized into three aspects: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The research method employed is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection involved observation and distribution of questionnaires to 250 respondents who participated in job fairs, using a Likert scale. Based on the findings, job fairs are categorized as effective in terms of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation, as they achieved percentage score interpretations ranging from 60%to 79.99%. However, when considering the sub-indicator of goal achievement regarding job acceptance, it is not yet deemed effective because the majority of respondents provided neutral responses. The benefits of job fairs are considered effective, as they achieved percentage score interpretations of 60% to 79.99% in statements related to providing job market information, ease of navigation, and bridging connections between companies and job seekers.
