Analisis Perbandingan Pendapatan Usahatani Pada Tiga Pola Tanam Di Desa Pauh Nagari Kamang Mudiak Kecamatan Kamang Magek Kabupaten Agam
One of the goals of agricultural development is to improve the welfare of farmers. Land area affects farmers' income, where land area becomes smaller every year, where the average agricultural land ownership of the Indonesian population is low. This research aims to analyze the comparison of farmers' income using three cropping patterns where farmers in Pauh Village have an average land area of less than 1.5 hectares. This research was conducted in Pauh Kamang Mudiak Village, Kamang Magek District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The research was carried out using a survey method with sampling using accidental sampling techniques or sampling based on chance and meeting the desired criteria. The results of the research show that there are differences in farmers' income in three cropping patterns, namely monoculture, polyculture and rotation cropping patterns. The income level of farmers who use polyculture cropping patterns shows a higher figure compared to other cropping patterns with an average of Rp. 88,431,540.98/cultivated area/year, while the lowest income is for farmers who use rotational cropping patterns with an average of Rp. 35,900,571.55/ cultivated area/ year.
