Pengaruh Perendaman Menggunakan Larutan Probiotik Probio-7 Dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus nemurus)
Asian redtail catfish is a freshwater fish with high economic value. However, the larval growth is relatively slow. One of the efforts to accelerate the growth and survival of larvae is the administration of Probio-7 probiotics by soaking Asian redtail catfish larvae according to the prescribed dose. This study aims to evaluate the effect of larval immersion in Probio-7 probiotic solution at different doses and determine the optimal dose. This research was carried out from June 3 to 12 July 2024 at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, University of Riau. The method used is an experimental method with a Complete Random Design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 repetitions, namely treatment P0 (0 ml/L), P1 (1,5 ml/L), P2 (2,5 ml/L), and P3 (3,5 ml/L) with a soaking duration of 10 minutes.
