penerapan e-learning fisika berbasis project based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi kemagnetan kelas ix smpn 7 pekanbaru
The development of 21st-century technology requires individuals to master creative thinking skills. However, the creativity of students in Indonesia is still low. The 2015 Global Creativity Index ranked Indonesia 115th out of 139 countries. Conventional learning methods that do not encourage exploration of ideas and problem-solving are the main causes. The solution that can be applied is the Project-Based Learning model integrated with e-learning. This approach allows students to learn project-based, enhancing critical and creative thinking. The integration of e-learning, such as e-science PjBL allows students to learn at their own pace and style, expanding access to materials and project guides, especially in magnetism learning. Thus, PjBL-based e-learning becomes an effective solution to improve students' creativity.
This research aims to describe the creative thinking ability of 9th grade students of SMPN 7 Pekanbaru after the application of physics e-learning based on Project-Based Learning in physics science learning on magnetism material and to determine the difference in the level of creative thinking ability of 9th grade students of SMPN 7 Pekanbaru between classes that apply physics e-learning based on Project-Based Learning and conventional classes.
This research was conducted at SMPN 7 Pekanbaru in the even semester 2024/2025. This research used quasi experiment with posttest only control group design. The population in this study were all 9th grade classes consisting of 4 classes. Furthermore, by going through normality and homogeneity tests, samples were randomly selected. The first group of class IX.4 is the experimental group, receiving special treatment with the application of PjBL-based Physics e-learning and the second group of class IX.2 is the control group using conventional learning models. The data collection method is by giving instruments in the form of essay questions totaling 12 creative thinking ability test questions.
Based on descriptive analysis, the creative thinking ability score in the experimental class was higher than the control class. The average score obtained in the experimental class was 60.77 with a creative category, while the control class

obtained an average score of 41.01 with a fairly creative category. This result shows that the application of PjBL-based physics e-learning is effective in improving the creative thinking skills of students in class IX SMPN 7 Pekanbaru on magnetic material. Furthermore, based on hypothesis testing using Independent Sample T-Test, a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000
