Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Jalan Daerah Di Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Periode 2006-2011

The study was conducted in Tebo regency in Jambi province that aims to determine the implementation of the regional development policy in Tebo district. The study was conducted to determine the effect on other sectors of the state due to infrastructure, particularly in this Tebo regency. To find all of the constraints faced by the Government of Tebo regency, the authors conducted a study by using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques that authors use in this study were interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques. Informants in this study is related to an employee or executive team as Chief District BAPPEDA Tebo, Tebo District Chief Public Works Department and other relevant agencies. In addition, to obtain the required data the authors emphasize the documentation because the documentation is considered more definitive data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the road construction area in Tebo district has implemented such as the construction of Terminal and Terminal Rimbo Single Tebo already built and ready for use, the other homework that was done was the construction and opening of the new access road. Yet less than the maximum, because according to the facts on the ground away from the programs that have been planned as such prefers opening new areas of production such as land clearing for new roads than repairing existing facilities, lack of good planning so that the facilities are not constructed visits used as terminals and most fatal problem is still the lack of a master in local development planning in Tebo regency. This is reinforced by the state of the field is still far from good development where many roads are still visible
