BOS (School Opertional Assistance Aid) is Goverment’s aid for relieve education funding. BOS was given to help the cost of education for the students. By School Operational Assistance Aid (BOS, there are no Poor students will stop in study because cannot pay the school costs. The purpose of this research are to know the student’s parents opinion toward School Operational Assistance Aid by District of Educational Kampar in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Siak Hulu, and to know the factors that influence the student’s parents opinion toward School Operational Aid (BOS) by the District of Educational Kampar in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Sisk Hulu Kab. Kampar.
This research using a qualitative method, solving problem that was investigate, with represent or describe object conditions in present. Based on facts or as seems as real. Qualitative research done in natural setting. Occationally, The data which summitted is qualitative.
The result of this research indicate that parent’s opinion about School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) by District of Educational Kampar in improving the quality of Education in SMPN 3 Siak Hulu consist of Positive opinions that directly supports the direct management of School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) by the school eventhough they do not know the detail and clear regulatory use. While, the negative opinions tend to complain about the problems and inconvenience of school service,without knowing the causes. Opinion of parents formed because the conditions they found when they were in school.
