Pengaruh Keterampilan Berkomunikasi Dosen Dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Studi Kasus: Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Riau)

This research implemented on Management Major, Economic Faculty, Kampus Bina Widya Km. 12,5 Simpang Baru Pekanbaru. This research is intend to understand comunnication skills lecture and infrastruktucture by simultaneous or partial for achievement on Management Major, Economic Faculty, University Of Riau.
The population in this research is students of management major, which amounts to 1793 student and the sample is 95 student. The Analytics Method is Descriptif of Quantitative Method with SPSS 17 version.
The Simultaneous Regression test (F Test)is shown that free variable comunnication skills lecture and infrastruktucture have a significant effect simultaneous for achievement. The influence posed coefficient of determination (R2) by both of variable simultaneous for dependent variable about 40,90%, while the rest of 59,10% is impacted by other variables were not examined. The results of testing has been done, the Partial regression test (T Test) show that dependent variable of achievement has significant effect for each free variable which comunnication skills lecture and infrastruktucture
