Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru

Purpose of the research is to know the impact of leadership and motivation toward the spirit of work of employee at HOTEL PANGERAN in PEKANBARU.
Population in the research is all of employee at HOTEL PANGERAN PEKANBARU 2011 that number in the 200 hundreds of employee. Technique of the sampling that use is probability sampling, with number in sample used methods of slovin. Analysis methods of used the research is methods of descriptive quantitative, the analysis that use in a simultan and parsial (analysis of linear regression double with used SPSS 19.0 version).
From the product of examination that has done, regression simultan of exam (exam F) show that all of free variable (leadership and motivation) the impact of together toward tied variable (the spirit of work), while regression parsial exam (exam t) show that the leadership variable have impact more significant toward the spirit of work. Large impact of surface (R2) by both of this variable together toward tied variable in the amount 43, 7%, while the rest in the amount 56, 3% impact by other variable that not exam in the research this.
