One of the Office Business Religion function District of Tualang which uncommitt effectively is Function Chieftain ( area do / marry refer). Effective mean reaching of a[n target, if target or target disagree with time which have been specified by hence a[n work is not effective. Chieftain function that is : 1). Theory concept which is researcher use is effectiveness. Indicator of Effectiveness theory consist of ability live with, work productivity, satisfaction of job, exploiting of resource, ability in exploiting. This research use research method qualitative with data study descriptively. In data collecting, researcher use interview technique, bibliography study and observation. By using informan key and supplement informan as source of information.
Result of this research indicate that not yet is maximal of him execution of chieftain function at Office Business Religion District of Tualang. This Matter seen from not yet been submitted maximally the target of and target, groove execution of activity which disagree with which have been specified and as Office Religion business aparatur carrying out to be expected can execute activity effectively especially at execution of chieftain function at Office Business Religion District of Tualang.
