Attorney of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the law enforcement agencies in an integrated criminal justice system ( the integrated criminal justice system ) in addition to the National Police ( INP ), the Court ( Supreme Court ), the Corruption Eradication Commission ( KPK ) RI, and Community ( Directorate General of the Ministry of Corrections law and Human Rights ), including the enforcement of criminal law specifically covers include: corruption and money laundering. In law enforcement in the field of eradication of corruption, the Attorney is one of the state institutions under the authority granted by the President of the legislation not only do the investigation, but also the investigation, to prosecution. Attorney authority to stop the investigation of criminal offenses related to corruption by the state refunds the perpetrators of corruption, where corruption has a tremendous impact ( the extraordinary impact) to the economy of a country, this is caused because of the financial losses suffered by the State as a result of rampant corruption
