Multimedia is growing rapidly along with the development of technology. In education, multimedia is used as a medium of learning. Based learning with multimedia applications, the material presented hopefully more interesting, easy to understand and help user to learn independently. The purpose of writing this final report is to make Learning Media Password Semaphore and Morse Code-Based Multimedia For Scouting Alert. Manufacturing application using Adobe Flash CS4 Professional software While the plan using Storyboard, Navigation Structure, and Flowchart. This application can be modified in the future is expected.
