The purpose of this study is to look at the magnitude menganalaisis Effect of Motivation and Discipline Work Satisfaction and Performance PT. Peputra Supra Jaya Pekanbaru. As the research object is an employee at PT. Peputra Supra Jaya Pekanbaru.
In this study, the population was employees of PT. Peputra Supra Jaya Pekanbaru, amounting to 173 people, while the sample amounted to 63 employees. The data collected in the form of data that is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from PT. Peputra Supra Jaya Pekanbaru through observation and questionnaires.
To find out how much discipline and motivation to the satisfaction of the Employee Performance. So the way I did it is by using descriptive method that all the results of research and then associated with the theories contained in the theoretical description. affect the performance of the employees, it can be done using a two-stage regression. Based on the results of research and calculations show that the motivation to have an influence on the satisfaction of 0.284 or 28.4%, and discipline have an influence on the satisfaction of 0.355 or 35.5%, while satisfaction has an influence on the performance of employees is 0.215, or 21.5% in PT. Peputra Supra Jaya Pekanbaru.
