The object of this research is the analysis of school management knowledge in a
gender perspective and educational level of Dumai City Elementary School. The
methods used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method.
Meanwhile, if viewed from a formulation of research problems, this study grouped
in a comparative study. Based on the results obtained (1) there is no significant
difference between the knowledge management school among headmaster and
headmistress in public primary schools in the city of Dumai with thit 0.124 is
smaller than ttab 1.9966, (2) There are significant differences of knowledge
management among school principals who are not scholars and scholars in
public primary schools in the city of Dumai. With a thit 4.7578 greater than ttab
1.9966, (3) There are significant differences between the school management
knowledge of headmaster do not graduate and undergraduate at the primary
school in the city of Dumai. With the thit 3.7122 is greater than the value of ttab
2.0181, (4) There are significant differences between the schools of knowledge
management among headmistress scholars and scholars in public primary
schools in the city of Dumai. With thit 2.9094 is greater than ttab 2.0739, (5) There
is no significant difference between the knowledge management school among
headmaster and headmistress who were undergraduate in public primary schools
in the city of Dumai. With thit 0.1122 is smaller than ttab 2.0555, and (6) There is
no significant the knowledge management school among graduate headmaster
and headmistress in public primary schools in the city of Dumai. With thit 0.8138
is smaller than ttab 2.0242.
