Research intent to test the effect of Motivation on the relationship between Task Complexity, Leadership style with Auditor Performance on BPK Riau's Province delegation. Data collection to support this research use kuesioner's survey method, one that as sample in observational it as much 47 respondents. Data processing did by SPSS version 16. Regression equation that is used is simple linear regression model (simple regression's linear) and multiple regression, This quiz is often called with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
Result of task complexity Interaction and motivation have negative effect of -0.083 with a significant level of 0,168. This means that there is no influence of motivation on task complexity relationship with the auditor's performance. with the coefficient of determination, amounting to 0.636 which means that 63% of the auditor performance regarded by task complexity, motivation and complexity interaction by motivation, meanwhile its rest 37 % regarded by other variables, one that matter in height auditor task complexity BPK Riau's Province delegation in talks shop will down motivation in talks shop and ensue auditor performance decrease that resulting. Mean while result of leadership style interaction and motivation have positive influence 0.060 with a significant level of 0.013. This means that there is influence of motivation on leadership style relationship with the auditor's performance. with a coefficient of determination of 0.692. This means that 69% auditor performance regarded by leadership style, motivation and leadership style interaction by motivates, meanwhile its rest 31 % regarded by other variables, one that chief matter that has leadership suitably will inspire motivate auditor for working, try harder and appreciate that leader so auditor has higher satisfaction, so increases BPK'S auditor performance Riau's Province
