Implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Gratis SMA Negeri Pintar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau

This study aims to obtain the information about the implementation of free
school policy dedicated to smart student the Smart Senior High School in
(Bab v dan file lampirannya tidak ada)Kuantan Singingi Regency. (1) the goals implementation of free school policy
(2) What were the goals, budget , and requirements in the implementation
that carried out (3) What were the problems that arise in the implementation
of the policy. (4) How to solved the problem of policy implementation. (5)
What were the factors that inhibit and driving the implementation of free
school policy (6) What were the benefits of free school policy. This study used
a qualitative approach . Data collection techniques in this study were through
interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Data were
analyzed using analysis model Milles and Hubberman, based on the results
of this study were concluded that (1) the implementation of free school policy
in smart senior high school was already operated or implemented in
accordance to the expectation: (2) Smart Senior High School is succeed to
reach the goals of a fair school academic achievement in the form of
Olympiads champion of Chemistry, Biology, and Earths and non-academic in
the KuantanSingingi regency or national level.3) problems that arise in the
free school policy has been resolved. (4) problem solving of free school policy
still needs to be socialized with Local Government. (5) supporting factor is the
local government, the school, the leaders of Kuansing district, parents and
the community, inhibiting factors such as delay disbursement, lack of
laboratory equipment and a decline in student achievement. (6) the benefits
of free school policy to give satisfaction to the local government of its own
work, school, community, and helping disadvantaged students achievement
in the field of economics.
