Optimisasi Penjadwalan Perawat Dengan Goal Programming: Sebuah Studi Kasus di Rumah Sakit Umum Padangsidimpuan

This thesis presents a model of goal programming for nurse scheduling problems
in a public hospital whose mission is to provide good quality health services.
Nurse scheduling issues includes individual setting schedule that produces a
pattern day off for every nurse, during a given planning cycle, so that nursing
care to patients is also better. Useful objective function minimizes undesirable
deviation variables or the number of irregularities weighted by taking into
account the constraints associated with the regulation of hospital (hard
constraints) and considering the needs of each nurse (soft constraints). The
model is solved by software LINGO. Results show that nurse scheduling using
goal programming and software LINGO is better than the schedules created
manually.
