Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray ( TSTS ) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas Va Sdn 018 Sintong Kecamatan Tanah Putih

The problem this research is the studendts achievement of social studies SD Negeri 018 Sintong fourth graderesstill low with an average value of 63,12 and minimum completeneess criteria (KKM) socil studies 65. Between students, amounting to 32 people only 14 students who achieve classical KKM with 43,75%. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the studentachievement of social studis class VA SDN 018 Sintong with implementation cooperative learning model type two stay two stray. Formulation of the problem : Is the implementation of cooperative learning model type two stay two stray (TSTS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SDN 018 Sintong. The research was conducted on Maret 17,2014 to April 26, 2014 by 2 cycles. Subjects were students of SDN 018 Sintong, totaling 32 people who use the data source. The data collection instrumennts in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 63,12. In the first cycle improve an average of 69,25.In the second meeting improve to 79,53. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 66,67%, and the second meeting impoveto 70,83% .Cycle II first meeting 79,16% and the second meeting improve 87,5%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average of 62,5% and a second meeting improve to 70,83% and a second meeting improve to 75%. At the first meeting of the second cycle with an average of 83,33%. Results in the class VA at SDN 018 Sintong that the implementation of cooperative learning model of two stay two stray (TSTS) can improve student achievement of social studiesat fourth graderes SDN 018 Sintong.
