Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Loyalitas Karyawan Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Metro Abadi Sempurna Semesta Pekanbaru
Turnover intention is an employee behavior that determine the performance of a company. The high rate of turnover intention will be a serious problem for the company. This research was conducted to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and loyalty of employees on turnover intention on the employees’ in one of modern retail company in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT. Metro Abadi Sempurna Semesta which located at Jl. H. Imam Munandar No.201, Pekanbaru. The population are 48 persons. This research used census method so that the sample in this research are 48 persons. The analysis technique used regression analysis that supported by SPSS program version 20.00. From four hypotheses that have tested in this research, all of hypotheses were proven have a significant effect. That job satisfaction, organizational commitment and loyalty of employees were significantly impact on turnover intention, then job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment negatively impact on turnover intention, and loyalty of employees has negative effect on turnover intention.
