This study aims to determine the fulfillment of the obligations of Article Pasal 21 (Accounting / Cutting, Depositing and Reporting Income Pasal 21), which is applied at the sub-district office in accordance with the provisions of Pekanbaru Handsome tax laws.
Metode penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan tinjauan perpustakaan, wawancara, pengambilan data primer dan data sekunder pada Kantor Camat Tampan Pekanbaru.
Research methods used in collecting the data is to conduct a review libraries, interviews, primary data collection and secondary data on Kantor Camat Tampan Pekanbaru.
The results found that there were some problems in the wrong Income Tax Article 21, which is like one of calculating net income year, One in the application of exemptions, and did not report the tax return from January to December in 2013.
