This study aims to determine the procedure for calculating, collecting, depositing and reporting of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and to determine the fulfillment of land and building tax liability Tangkerang Dikeluran Middle District of Marpoyan Peace.
The method of collecting the data used is by observation, interviews, primary data collection and secondary data on village Central District of Mapoyan tangkerang Peace
The results found that dikelurahan Middle tangkerang have done the calculation procedure, and collection of tax on land and building correctly, but for 2012 and 2013 fixing the basic budget is not in accordance with the potential
