Pengaruh Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Terhadap Tingkat Penyesuaian Diri Siswa Kelas X SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015
The title of this research is “the effects of group guidance services toward the self-adjustment of the grade x students of forestry vocational school of pekanbaru in 2014/2015 academic year”. This study aims to 1) determine grade X’s self-adjustment level before the implementation of guidance services group. 2) To find out the ongoing process of the group guidance’s implementation towards the self-adjustment level of grade X. 3) To find out the grade X students’ self-adjustment level after the implementation of group guidance service. 4) To know the difference between pre and post group guidance service related to grade X students’ self-adjustment level. 5) To determine whether there is influence of group guidance services towards grade X students’ self-adjustment. The research subjects are 100 students of grade X from Forestry Vocational School of Pekanbaru. By using Simple Random Sampling System, 30% sample is taken out of the total population so that in this research there are 30 people used as samples. The students’ self-adjustment condition overview before given guidance services group are as follow, most students are in the unfavorable category (90%), a small portion of students are in the very good category (10%) and no students in the category is quite good, and very good. The overview after the group counseling service is conducted regarding the self-adjustment level students are as follow, good categories (16.67%) and the very good category (83.33), while on the category is quite good, less good and not very good. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it turns out that there is a significant effect of group counseling services towards the students’ self-adjustment as much as 48%.
