Pemanfaatan Tepung Cacing Tanah (Lumbricussp) Sebagai Bahan Substitusi Tepung Ikan Dalam Pakan Untukbenih Ikan Baung (Mystusnemurusc.V)

The purpose of this research was to know the amount of flour earthworm meals in the diets on growth, , feed efficiency and protein retention. This research used completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications. Diets used were 30% isoprotein, diets which containing fermented flour earthworm meal with different percentage that were 0%,10%,20%,30%,and 40%.
The result showed thet the use of flour eartworm meals effected on Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR), fead efisiency and protein retention the highest value obtained from treatment used 40% flour earthworm with each value 2,26%, 63,36% and 30,80. Water quality parameters were recorded during in the research such as temperature 26-29oC, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 4.5-5.5 ppm, pH 6-8.
