Pengaruh Kemampuan, Budaya Organisasi Dan Pendidikan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Riau
The study was conducted at the embaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Riau. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially variable Capabilities, Organizational Culture and Education Level to Efectiveness of Work on Employee in Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan of Province Riau.
There are four variables: the dependent variable is the effectiveness of work and three independent variables, namely Capability, Organizational Culture and Education. The study was conducted using a sample of 85 people. Research using test equipment and multiple linear regression analysis using sampling techniques with census method by giving questionnaires to respondents.
The analysis showed that the variables Capabilities, Organizational Culture and Education Levels jointly influence the effectiveness of work. The influence in partial Capabilities, Organizational Culture and Effectiveness Against Education Level Working staff of Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Riau.
The low effectiveness of which is owned by the employees so this should be a major concern for the leadership in Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Riau. This can be overcome by coordinating all the work that is well to employees, the division of labor, tasks and responsibilities are clear to employees, exemplifies a good thing for employees, clear communication with employees, facilitate the flow of communication to the employee to the employer , division of labor according to the educational level of employees, and to supervise the course of organizational culture in the organization that can increase employee effectiveness.
