This research aim to know how to Influence Of Monitoring, Discipline Of Work And Compensation To Satisfaction Of Work Employees At PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( Ricry) Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all employees part of employees production of PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( RICRY) Pekanbaru amounting to 146 people. In intake of writer sampel use formula of slovin so that sampel the got is to amount to 59 people
Data analysis the used is descriptive analysis, and quantitative analysis use doubled linear regresi constructively program of SPSS version 18. From result of research indicate that monitoring have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of work employees at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( RICRY) Pekanbaru, Discipline or work have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of work employees at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( RICRY) Pekanbaru, Compensation have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of work employees at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( RICRY) Pekanbaru, monitoring, discipline work and compensation by together have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of work employees at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory ( RICRY) Pekanbaru.
