Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This study aimed to analyze the effect of partially and climate variables simultaneously competence and effectiveness of the organization is to work regional district secretariat rokan upstream. The study was conducted August 2015 through April 2016 in the district of Rokan Hulu in Riau province. this study consists of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Work Effectiveness (Y), Competence (X1) Climate Organization (X2). The study was conducted using a sample of 69 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, research using qualitative methods and quantitative methods with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 21. Unknown variable climate competence and effectiveness of the organization to work regional district secretariat rokan upstream influence simultaneously and partially. Evident from the test Simultaneous (Test-F), greater than the result of partial test (t-test) obtained variable Competence (X1) with t value by 6531 with greater than ttabel 1.997 and Variable Climate Organization (X2) with values t for 5362 is greater than tabel 1.997. The coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 63.70% and the remaining 36.30% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Variables the dominant influence on the effectiveness of the work at the district secretariat rokan upstream is variable competence. Thus it can be interpreted that the competency and organizational climate variables negatively affect the effectiveness of the district secretariat working regional rokan upstream. So by improving the competence and organizational climate can improve the effectiveness of the district secretariat working regional rokan upstream
