Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Busa ( Foam ) Di Kota Pekanbaru

Availability of raw materials becomes very important and has a huge influence in the industry sofas and furniture. Availability of raw materials is the mainstay of the company in the face of competition competitive business. Therefore, to develop a business that can compete, we need a high professionalism, self-discipline and time, as well as a new work system is more advanced. The purpose of this research is to identify factors - factors that affect the industry foam (foam) in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the industry sofa in Pekanbaru, amounting to two companies. To determine the factors that affect the industry sofa in Pekanbaru City will be analyzed using inferential analysis model, namely the multiple regression analysis. From the tests it is known that the labor, working hours, the cost of production and investment in pasial and simultaneously significant and positive impact on the production of foam in Pekanbaru. This means that the increase in employment, hours of work, the cost of production and investment will increase the production of foam in Pekanbaru. It is known that the contribution of the influence of labor, working hours, production costs and investments in production amounted to 100%. Based on the business scale is known that that the foam industry in the city of Pekanbaru are increasing returns to scale: a condition in which the addition of all factors of production in the same percentage would increase output in a larger percentage.
