This Study to accounting students the University UR, UIN, UNP, UNAND, Existing questionnaires distributed 120 pieces. Analysis tool used in this study is multliple regresision.The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors that influence accounting students in the selection of a public accounting career. Factors influencing the selection of a public accounting career with a variable measured the intrinsic value of work, salary, work environment, professional training, professional recognition, social values, labor market considerations, personality and academic attainment. Analysis of the data in this study usingmultiple regression analysis. The analysis showed 86,7 % accounnting student career choice influenced by factors , intrinsic value of work,financial rewards, work environment, professional training, professional recognition, and social value, labor market considerations, , personality and act of academic attainment. While about 13,3 %explained by other variable. Keyword : career selection became public accountant, public accounting profession, intrinsic value of work, salaries, work environment, professional training, professional recognition, social values, , labor market considerations, personality and act of academic attainment
