Implementasi Total Quality Management (Tqm) Melalui Empowerment Dan Organizational Commitment Dalam Meningkatkan Semangat Kerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci
This research is aimed to test the influence of implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) through empowerment and organizational commitment toward employee’s passion Efarina hospital Pangkalan Kerinci. In this study, there are three variables i.e. empowerment (X 1), organizational commitment (X 2) and work passion’s (Y). The population of this research are all employees of the hospital with samples as many as 73 respondents selected by stratified random sampling method proporsionate. This research data retrievaled by way of disseminating a questionnaire on respondents. The independent variable is the empowerment and organizational commitment. The dependent variable is the work passion This research data analysis using the method of multiple linear regression analysis by using the program's statistical package for social science (spss).
The results of the analysis of the data shows that the simultaneous empowerment and organizational commitment affect employee morale. It was based on the results of the test showed that F (28,666) Fhitung > Ftabel (2,78) with probability of significance (0.000) < (0.05) and the results of the test t test showed that partially variable empowerment and organizational commitment affect work passion with a value Thitung > Ttabel. varibel empowerment i.e. (2,783) > (1,666) with a significant probability of (0.007) < (0.05), and organizational commitment, namely (4,368) >( 1,666) with a significant probability of (0.000) < (0.05).
