Pelaksanaan Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Di Yayasan Pendidikan Beerseba Huria Kristen BatakProtestan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru
The Social Security Administering Body is a legal entity established to organize a social security program. The social security program is the BPJS health program and the employment BPJS program. In this study, the authors specialize in the research of the BPJS Employment program. BPJS Employment is a legal entity established to administer accident insurance programs, retirement benefits, pension insurance, and death insurance, in which the program shall be performed for each employer. But in practice there are still employers who have not fulfilled their obligations to register themselves and their employees to be participants of the BPJS Employment program. In this case relate to the implementation of its obligations as an employer to register himself and his employees become participants of the program BPJS Employment at the Foundation of Education Beerseba Huria Kristen Batak Protestant Sukajadi Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this thesis writing, namely: First, the implementation of the obligation of Education Foundation of Beerseba Huria Kristen Batak Protestant Sukajadi Pekanbaru City to workers in fulfilling the program Social Security Administering Agency. Second, the efforts undertaken by Beerseba Huria Christian Foundation Protestant Batak Protestant Sukajadi Pekanbaru City to workers in fulfilling the Program Organizer of Social Security Employment. This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological juridical research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or place under study. This study was conducted at Beerseba Education Foundation HKBP Sukajadi Pekanbaru City, while the population and sample are all parties related to the problem studied, data source used, primary data, secondary data, data collection techniques in this study with questionnaires, interviews, and Literature review. From the results of research, then there are 2 main issues that can be concluded. Pertamai, the implementation of the obligation of the Foundation to give the right for every worker in terms of registering his employees to be the participant of BPJS Employment program is not implemented in accordance with the applicable regulations. Secondly, the Yayasan's ignorance of the benefits provided by the government through the BPJS Employment program so that the lack of proper socialization resulted in a lack of understanding of the workers of the benefits of the Employment Benefits BPJS program. Suggestion Writer, First, To the Government through Organ BPJS Employment should be better again to conduct supervision and more firmly again in giving sanctions for the disobedient employers and the establishment of special regulations that regulate the rules of implementation of sanctions. Second, the Party which is the employer's party should be aware of its obligation to fulfill the right that should be obtained by its workers.
