Illegal racing is a race among the vehicle, motorcycle and also cars in a highway. This research aims to discover the factors and the impact which causes illegal racing by teenagers. The research using the theory of deviant behavior, juvenile delinquency and social control. The research method is qualitative descriptive. To finds out the result the author using observation technique, interviews and documentation. This research subjects selected by accidental sampling which is based on coincidence or anyone around study site. In this research the sources are four men of Junior and Senior High School students. As the result of all the informant, they do illegal racing with deviant behavior patterns forming a juvenile delinquency.
