The workforce has rights in the applicable law regulation in Indonesia, namely Law Number 13 Year 2003. Among other things, the rights are working hours, wages and health insurance. Sales Promotion Girl is included in the category of certain time workers and also has some of the same rights as those already in labor law. But in reality the Event Organizer does not give some rights in the law.
The purpose of writing this thesis, namely: First, How the legal protection of Sales Promotion Girl in the implementation of working relationships with the Event Organizer Tuah Negeri in Pekanbaru City, the second obstacle faced by the Event Organizer Tuah Negeri in the implementation of legal protection against the rights of workers Sales Promotion Girl And how to solve it, This research type is sociological research which see correlation between law and society, by using interview method in Pekanbaru Municipal Labor Office and Event Organizer Tuah Negeri Pekanbaru.
From the results of research based on two formulation of the problem can be concluded, Firstly that the legal protection of Sales Promotion Girl has not been fulfilled in its entirety because many of the rights of Sales Promotion Girl that can not be fulfilled by the Event Organizer especially Tuah Negeri Event Organizer. Second, the weak supervision of the labor force, the absence of confirmation of sanctions from the City Manpower Office Pekanbaru way penyeyelesaiannya is Having a high awareness in the protection of labor rights in accordance with applicable regulations, improve supervision and conduct socialization about employment, and provide confirmation sanctions.
