Analisis Terhadap Transparansi Informasi Publik Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilu Legislatif 2014 Di Provinsi Riau

The information is a human right as enshrined in the Constitution of 1945, Article 28 f stipulates that every person has the right to communicate and obtain information to develop personal and social environment. KPU Riau Province has implemented the law in the 2014 legislative election agenda ago. The fraud committed by the organizers can be known through this disclosure. Objective is to know the type of data into the category of public information transparency barriers to implementation of public information transparency in the organization of legislative elections in 2014 in the province of Riau.
The concept of the theory used is transparency raised by kristiantin with some indicators and 1. the availability and accessibility of documents 2. Clarity and completeness of information 3. Disclosure process and 4. Regulatory framework to ensure transparency. As for the key informants in this study is Chairman of the Election Commission along with the ranks Organic Riau Province KPU. Another informant is using snowball sampling technique. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.
Research shows that overall legislative elections in 2014 went according to Law. Disclosure of information by the specified categories of information consumed by the public and which are not. Irregularities and obstacles that occur in the form of issue of the capabilities and quality of human resources of the organizers who have similar ranks. As one writer's suggestion in this study was the selection process, regularly briefing as well as monitoring by commissioners on the electoral commission Riau province the institution of an ad hoc below as PPK, PPS and KPPS must be properly addressed and should always be evaluated.
