based on the observation that researchers do in SMP Negeri 01 Pulau Bangkinang indicates more male students of SMPN 0 Pulau Bangkinang of less mastering service on volleyball so that the top volleyball serve less than optimal and can not give points. In this issue the authors suspect because of the strength of the arm and shoulder muscles that owned Students. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the relationship of muscle strength of arms and shoulders with the precision of a service on volleyball with the kind of correlational research while samples in this study were students son of 20 people with a total sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained from tests hasl arm and shoulder muscle strength and service capability tests on volleyball. After the data were analyzed using product moment correlation values obtained rhitung 0.5,47> rtabel 0456, it can be concluded as follows: There is a relationship shoulder arm muscle strength with the precision of a service on volleyball Students in Junior High School Men 01 Pulau Bangkinang.
