Hubungan Explosive Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Ketepatan Smash Pada Pemain Bulu Tangkis SMA Negeri 1 Tambang Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar

Based on observations while the researchers did on the player
Badminton In SMAN 1 Tambang District of Kampar seen that the accuracy smash
the player is still not good, it is allegedly due to the weakness of explosive leg
muscle players so when players smash, leap becomes maximal and can not reach
the highest point so that the achievement of the racquet to smash many directions
anyway that does not enter into the field or off the field. For the purpose of this
study was to determine the relationship of leg muscle explosive power with
precision smash badminton. This type of research is correlational study sample
using total sampling technique so that the sample of 17 people. The data in this
study was obtained from the test results and test precision vertical jump smash,
while the data analysis using product moment correlation and Liliefors test for
normality. Having analyzed the data obtained count value r = 0.566, while r table
= 0.497 so count = r> r table. Then the conclusion can be conduct as followst:
there is a relationship with a leg muscle explosive power Accuracy Smash In
Badminton Players DI SMAN 1 Mine Mining District of Kampar regency.
