This research writer do in PT.Boilertech Indonesia (BTI) Pekanbaru, which aims to identify the risks or dangers that may occur in every work activity in PT.Boilertech Indonesia and assess the level of risk to be taken preventive measures (preventive) in order to prevent work accident. So by knowing the potential danger can reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of work accidents.
The type of data used in this study is the primary data sourced from observations, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary sourced from books, reports and journals. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of this research indicate that the level of risk that is present in every work activity in PT.Boilertech Indonesia is 6 which means the level of severity can cause injury or mild illness. With the level of risk 3 it means that risks that arise do not require immediate attention and improvement and control means of implementation of administrative control and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
