Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Klinik Nusa Lima Medika Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Di Kota Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analysze Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, research applied on customer Klinik Nusa Lima Medika in Pekanbaru City . This research consists of three variables: one dependent variable, one intervening variable and one independent variables. They are Customer Loyalty(Y), Customer Satisfaction (Z), Service Quality (X. This research was conducted using a sample of 123 people. This research used probability sampling, every population has a chance for being sample. In the fact that population can be sample on 100% chance. In terms of data analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Service Quality significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality Influence Customer Loyalty are moderated by Customer Satisfaction.
