Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan SMA Negeri Di Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

The goals of this research is to know the role of head master to
increase education quality in state SMA Rumbio Jaya Kampar at RIAU
Province. There are six roleof head master. frist manager, administrator,
supervisor, leader, innovator and the last motivator. The research strart
from October 2017 until February 2018 at SMA one and two in Rumbio
Jaya District. The reseachic qualitative reasech with people as a subject of
the activities. The method of this research are observation, documentation
and interview. Data validation using triangulation method. By using Miles
and Huberman as a grand teory. There are there steps for analise.
Reduction data, presentation and conclusion. The result of this reseach is
the role of head master in the state SMA in Rumbio Jaya already do their
role as a manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and
motivator to increase the education quality of their school.
