Analisis Perkembangan Industri Es Krim Di Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the number of business units, labor, and capital in the development of ice cream industry in Indonesia and to know the development of ice cream industry in Indonesia. The location of the research will be conducted in Indonesia. The type of data used in the study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. Data used on year 2000-2013. Method of data analysis used in this research is quantitative research. To know the influence of business unit, labor, and capital to the value of ice cream industry production in Indonesia will be used multiple liniear regression. The result of this research shows: 1) the capital has positive and significant effect to the value of ice cream industry production in Indonesia, while the business unit and the labor force do not influence the production value of the ice cream industry in Indonesia 2) The development of ice cream industry in Indonesia Year 2000-2013 fluctuated, where the highest growth of production value in 2006 was 159.54%, the highest business unit growth in 2005 was 112.50 %, the highest employment growth in 2005 was 95,93 %, and the highest capital development in 2006 was 243,20 %.
