Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Smas Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational culture on work motivation. The population of this study is private high school teachers in Sail District Pekanbaru Riau, which amounted to 92 people and all studied (census). The type of data from this study is primary data sourced from private high school teachers in Sail District Pekanbaru Riau. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple regression. The results showed that interpersonal communication and organizational culture have a positive effect on teachers' work motivation either simultaneously or partially.
