The study aims to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline, and supervision on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei Garo Kampar.The population in this study includes all employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei Garo kampar,totaling 134 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research.To test the hypotesis in this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The sampling technque used is the method of sampling non probability with incidental sampling technique for a sample of 100 employees. In research, there are 4 (four) varibles: employee productivity (Y) as dependent variable and independent variable consist of motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and supervision (X3). The result showed that motivation, work discipline and supervision simultaneously have significant effect on employee productivity, as well as partial motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity, work discipline partially significant effect on employee, and supervision partially significant effect on employee productivity at PT.
